Unemployment and New Fed Reserve Board Chair

Aaron is on vacation this week, so the news of the week in the world of real estate and other big events is shown through a series of slides.   The video discusses the real estate market, including the 3.5% decrease in weekly jobless claims, the resend naming of Janet Yellen as Vice Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, the potential decrease in foreclosures and evictions due to errors in foreclosure procedures, and JP Morgan seeking help from the FDIC to protect them from potential lawsuits.  Upcoming events include the LAREIC-Emerging Trends conference and the San Jose Real Estate Investors Association.  This video is a follow-up to the Norris Group's real estate blog.
