Tonight is the annual I Survived Real Estate 2012 hosted by the Norris Group. Since its inception in 2008, we have together raised over $350,000 for charity. This year's proceeds will benefit Make A Wish Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This year's panel of experts include Gary Thomas of NAR, Sara Stephens of the Appraisal Institute, Sean O'Toole of ForeclosureRadar, Rick Sharga of Carrington Holdings Company, Eric Janszen of iTulip, E.J.
